The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent service in a hospitality environment. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to meet hotel standards. Remove & change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required. Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to ensure cleanliness. Vacuum carpets and clean floors using appropriate floor care techniques. Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Assist with laundry duties as necessary, ensuring linens are cleaned and returned efficiently. Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness in accordance with housekeeping management protocols. Skills Proven experience in industrial cleaning or custodial work preferred. Strong knowledge of housekeeping management practices within the hospitality industry. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is an asset. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
