Housekeeper

Casago Mendocino Coast is a local vacation rental company specializing in providing exceptional guest experiences and peace of mind to our homeowners. Responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation in vacation rentals while using multiple digital tools and platforms to manage your schedule, communication, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform detailed cleaning and sanitization of vacation rental properties between guest stays Prepare properties for guest arrivals, including linen changes, bed making, and restocking amenities Use mobile apps and property management systems to receive assignments, follow digital checklists, and confirm task completion Communicate with managers and team members via messaging platforms for real-time updates Report maintenance issues, damages, missing items, and supply needs through digital systems with photos and notes Follow strict turnover schedules to meet check-in deadlines Ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and expectations Safely use and manage cleaning supplies and equipment Drive to and from properties; from Manchester to Westport Complete laundry and trash collection

Skills & Qualifications:

Comfortable using smartphones and property management apps Ability to follow digital instructions and checklists accurately Strong attention to detail and time management in a fast-paced environment Experience with short-term rental or hospitality cleaning preferred Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing schedules Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Have reliable transportation Professional, respectful, and reliable demeanor when representing the company on property and with team members Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear, timely updates through digital platforms Ability to handle feedback and follow standards consistently to meet company and homeowner expectations Discretion and respect for guest privacy and homeowner property at all times Commitment to quality, accountability, and maintaining Casago Mendocino Coast standards
