Housekeeping/Janitor

Principal Responsibilities:

TECHNICAL

Provide housekeeping services and Janitorial Services Job Descriptions Manual Ensures a safe, comfortable, sanitary environment for residents, staff and visitors in accordance with Federal, State and Corporate requirements. Requires full range of body motion. Supporting other housekeeping team members

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have at least 1 year experience in Skilled Nursing Home Ability to read and write English Able to perform physical task related to housekeeping and janitorial services

CONSUMER SERVICE

Presents professional image to consumers through dress, behavior and speech. Adheres to company standards for resolving consumer concerns. Ensures that all resident rights/consumers are protected.
