Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic House Cleaner to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall hygiene of residential spaces. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will ensure our guests enjoy a spotless, comfortable environment. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, utility rooms, exterior entry porch and deck space. Execute detailed floor care, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and polishing hardwood or tile surfaces Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, appliances, and fixtures in accordance with health guidelines Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleaning process Use proper janitorial techniques to ensure all areas are hygienic and presentable for residents Assist with light cooking or meal prep if required by clients or as part of personalized home services Experience Previous experience required; hotel housekeeping experience is a plus Proven background in residential cleaning. Familiarity with floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and polishing hard floors Experience with laundry services Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety procedures for maintaining a clean environment Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with office staff.
