This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Duties Perform regular cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and laundry facilities to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met. Launder linens, towels, and other items using appropriate washing and drying techniques. Handle dry cleaning items with care, ensuring proper procedures are followed for delicate fabrics. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management. Follow safety protocols and guidelines while using cleaning chemicals and equipment. Ensure all laundry is sorted, washed, dried, folded, and stored properly. Respond promptly to guest requests for additional supplies or services. Experience Previous experience in housekeeping or laundry services is preferred but not required. Familiarity with hotel operations and standards is a plus. Knowledge of laundering techniques, including dry cleaning processes, is beneficial. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
