Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Housekeeper to join our team and ensure that our environment remains spotless, welcoming, and well-maintained. As an integral part of our hospitality or facility management team, you will deliver exceptional cleaning services that elevate guest experiences and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness. Your expertise in various cleaning techniques, floor care, and custodial management will help create a comfortable and pristine space for all visitors and staff. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, offices, and other designated spaces using professional cleaning tools and supplies Maintain high standards of hygiene by sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas efficiently and effectively Execute floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, polishing, carpet vacuuming, and deep cleaning to preserve flooring quality Manage janitorial supplies inventory, ensuring all cleaning equipment is well-maintained and stocked for daily operations Follow safety protocols during all cleaning procedures to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations Assist with special cleaning projects such as industrial or deep cleans to uphold cleanliness standards across the facility Collaborate with team members to coordinate housekeeping schedules and deliver seamless service to guests or residents Qualifications Proven experience in housekeeping, janitorial work, or custodial roles within hospitality or industrial settings Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and sanitation standards Previous hotel experience or hospitality background highly preferred Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and safety procedures Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Prior experience managing housekeeping tasks or supervising housekeeping staff is a plus Join us if you're passionate about creating clean, welcoming spaces where people feel comfortable and cared for.
