ROOM ATTENDANT
The Room Attendant plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring all guest rooms, corridors, and designated areas are clean, safe, and maintained according to Hilton brand standards, CleanStay protocols, and S3 Hotel Group expectations. Essential Responsibilities Prepare housekeeping cart with required linens, supplies, and amenities. Follow safety and knocking procedures before entering rooms. Clean guest rooms thoroughly including bathrooms, beds, floors, and surfaces within required time standards. Replace linens and replenish guest amenities. Report and properly handle lost and found items. Secure guest room doors after servicing. Maintain cleanliness in corridors and service areas. Report maintenance issues or hazards immediately. Accurately update room status for inspection. Follow all Hilton CleanStay and safety standards. Participate in Deep Clean program training and follow scheduled deep cleaning procedures. Additional Responsibilities Assist team members and other departments as needed. Participate in meetings and training sessions. Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills & Requirements Ability to understand and follow instructions. Effective communication skills. Strong attention to detail and time management. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Professional appearance consistent with Hilton grooming standards. Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods. Lift and carry up to 30 lbs. Push housekeeping carts up to 100 lbs. Bend, stretch, and perform repetitive tasks.
