Se asignará un/a encargado/a de lavandería diariamente. El puesto requiere un alto nivel de limpieza para brindar a los huéspedes y residentes instalaciones ordenadas e higiénicas. Se requiere atención al detalle para tener éxito en este puesto. Sobre todo, los/las encargados/as de limpieza de habitaciones de Skyview Los Alamos garantizan los estándares de servicio de la marca hotelera mediante una amplia capacitación y el cumplimiento de los procedimientos operativos estándar (POE) y otros sistemas. Responsabilidades y funciones Limpieza completa de todas las superficies del baño sin dejar residuos visibles ni cabellos. Limpieza de suelos, muebles y ventanas Hacer las camas con sábanas, almohadas, edredones y mantas según los estándares de la empresa. Asegúrese de que la ropa de cama y la basura se retiren de las habitaciones y se depositen en contenedores grandes. Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente en las habitaciones y en equipo en las tareas de lavandería y doblado. Realizar un inventario de los artículos faltantes en la habitación para que los agentes puedan cobrarlos al huésped. Comunicar a la gerencia las necesidades urgentes de mantenimiento. Prever deficiencias operativas, problemas potenciales y comunicar posibles soluciones a la dirección. Trabajar de forma productiva y desarrollarse profesionalmente durante los turnos. 12 - 25 Job Description The Room and/or Laundry Attendant at Skyview Los Alamos is responsible for cleaning rooms. A designated laundry attendant will be assigned daily. The job has a high standard of cleanliness to provide tidy and sanitary amenities to guests and residents. Attention to detail is needed to be successful at this position. Above all, the Skyview Los Alamos room attendants ensure brand standards of hotel service through extensive training and through standards of procedures (SOPs) and other systems. Responsibilities and Duties Cleaning all bathroom surfaces with no visible residue or hairs left Cleaning floors, furniture and windows Making beds with sheets, pillows, duvets and blankets to company standards Ensure linen and trash is taken away from rooms and disposed of to large bins Ability to work independently in rooms and as a part of a team in laundry and folding Take inventory of missing room items for agents to charge the guest Communicate urgent maintenance to management Foresee operational deficiencies, potential problems and communicate possible solutions to the management Work productively and develop professionally throughout shifts Other duties may be asked of this position by management occasionally

Physical Requirements Stamina and Mobility:

Standing for long periods, walking between rooms Flexibility and repetitive motion: significant kneeling, bending, stooping, crouching, crawling, and stretching to clean low or high areas.

Strength and Lifting:

Lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying equipment, cleaning supplies, and furniture (often 25 - 80 pounds, occasionally up to 100).

Manual Dexterity:

Strong hand-eye coordination for detailed cleaning, dusting, and handling cleaning machinery (vacuuming, mopping).
