Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring all standards are met or exceeded. Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies such as towels, toiletries, and amenities to provide a fresh experience for each guest. Perform floor care duties including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining overall cleanliness of the room surfaces. Handle janitorial tasks efficiently, including waste removal and deep cleaning of fixtures and furniture when necessary. Maintain high standards of hospitality by attending to guest requests promptly and courteously. Conduct routine inspections of rooms to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards, reporting issues immediately. Follow all safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment use to ensure a safe working environment. Experience Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with cleaning procedures and hospitality standards. Experience with industrial cleaning tools and floor care equipment enhances your ability to perform duties efficiently. Knowledge of janitorial practices and custodial management contributes to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
