Key Responsibilities Clean and disinfect rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors and carpets Clean walls, ceilings, windows, and bathroom fixtures Dispose of trash and infectious waste in accordance with regulations Maintain clean and organized work areas and supplies Follow infection control, safety, and sanitation procedures Report hazards, incidents, or unsafe conditions to supervisor Assist with room readiness for new admissions Use proper PPE and cleaning chemicals safely Qualifications Ability to read, write, and understand English Ability to follow instructions and work independently Strong attention to detail Ability to work with residents, staff, and visitors No experience required - on-the-job training provided Physical Requirements Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs; perform repetitive motions and work in various areas of the facility.
