We are hiring for both Morning Shift and Evening Shift positions. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for stable, full-time work with opportunities for growth. Housing may be available for qualified candidates. Available Shifts Morning Shift 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Evening Shift 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM 6 days per week Responsibilities Clean and prepare apartments for arriving guests Perform quality inspections after each cleaning Restock supplies and linens Report maintenance issues or damages Assist with apartment setup and organization Work with the operations team to ensure apartments are guest-ready Occasionally assist with guest requests when needed Requirements Reliable transportation Able to lift up to 40 lbs Strong attention to detail Responsible, punctual, and organized Smartphone required Cleaning or hospitality experience is preferred but not required Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay Paid overtime Performance bonuses Housing available for qualified employees Stable full-time schedule Friendly team environment Opportunity for advancement into Lead Cleaner or Operations Coordinator About Melon Stay Melon Stay manages professionally furnished apartments throughout Southern California for business travelers, relocating families, and vacation guests.
