Job Description
Hello there, and thank you for checking us out! The Monterey Hotel is a staple in Downtown Monterey; we have served our community and travelers alike since opening our doors in 1904. We have 69 rooms on property, with a few meeting rooms, a hot tub and a fitness room. We were once called the Daintiest Hotel West of the Mississippi, and we pride ourselves in over 100 years of exemplary customer service. We are currently looking for a Part time Housekeeper with a bright, charismatic personality to fit in with our team! We thank you again for your interest, and look forward to meeting you soon! Responsibilities Clean rooms to standard using available cleaning products and equipment Perform cleaning projects as needed Clean and fold laundry (primary responsibility) Respond to clients' complaints in a timely and professional manner Liaise with our front desk staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests' needs Skills Work experience as a Housekeeper is preferred Customer service attitude Excellent communication and organizational skills ____________________________________________________ ¡Hola y gracias por visitarnos! Contamos con 69 habitaciones en la propiedad, con algunas salas de reuniones, un jacuzzi y un gimnasio. Responsabilidades:
- Salas limpias según el estándar utilizando productos y equipos de limpieza disponibles.
- Realizar proyectos de limpieza según sea necesario.
- Limpiar y doblar la ropa (responsabilidad principal)
- Responder a las quejas de los clientes de manera oportuna y profesional.
- Servir de enlace con nuestro personal de recepción para garantizar que todas las habitaciones estén limpias, ordenadas y completamente amuebladas para satisfacer las necesidades de los huéspedes.
Habilidades:
- La experiencia laboral como ama de llaves es privilegiada
- Actitud de servicio al cliente.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y organización.
