Job description:
We're looking for a reliable Houseman to support our senior living community. This role ensures resident rooms, common areas, and facilities are clean, safe, and welcoming, while providing general support and light maintenance assistance.
Responsibilities:
Housekeeping & Cleaning Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and restrooms. Maintain equipment, cleaning supplies, and storage areas. Houseman & Facility Support Assist with floor care (vacuuming, mopping, buffing) and trash/recycling collection. Set up and break down tables, chairs, and equipment for events or dining. Move furniture and assist with light maintenance tasks (replacing bulbs, reporting issues). Restock supplies and maintain organized storage areas. Customer Service Provide friendly and professional service to residents and staff. Report shortages, damages, or safety concerns promptly. Skills & Qualifications Proven housekeeping or facility support experience preferred. Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks safely. Strong attention to detail, time management, and teamwork skills. Friendly, professional, and respectful attitude toward seniors.
Work Schedule:
Tuesday - Saturday 8:00am - 4:00pm
