Job Description

At Capital Cleaning Solutions, we don't just sweep floors—we maintain the highest standard of cleanliness, safety, and presentation for luxury resorts, commercial properties, and premium facilities across the valley. We are a rapidly growing team that values precision, absolute reliability, and a strong work ethic. We are currently looking for motivated men and women to join our team as Professional Cleaners. If you take pride in your work, pay attention to the details, and want to be part of a professional team that respects its crew, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do (Responsibilities): Perform deep cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance of commercial common areas, kitchens, offices, or residential spaces. Operate specialized cleaning equipment (vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, and pressure washers as needed—we will train the right candidate). Safely handle, mix, and store commercial-grade cleaning solutions and chemical disinfectants. Identify and report safety hazards, maintenance issues, or potential liabilities to the supervisor. Maintain a pristine, uniform-ready presentation and interact professionally with clients or resort guests. What We're Looking For (Requirements):
Experience:

Reliability:
Must have dependable transportation to get to job sites punctually.
Physical Stamina:

Authorization:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
