Duties Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of all public areas including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common spaces to uphold high standards of hygiene and appearance Conduct regular floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain spotless surfaces Monitor and promptly address any spills or hazards to ensure guest safety at all times Restock supplies in public restrooms and refresh common areas to ensure comfort and convenience for guests Collaborate with housekeeping management to coordinate cleaning schedules and special event preparations Utilize industrial cleaning equipment efficiently while adhering to safety protocols Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and continuous facility excellence Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services; hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of attention to detail Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during shift hours Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude that enhances guest interactions Familiarity with industrial cleaning tools and supplies; previous housekeeping management experience is a plus Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment by following health and safety guidelines This role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about creating clean, inviting spaces that elevate the guest experience.
