Duties Assist housekeeping staff by delivering clean linens, supplies, and equipment to guest rooms and public areas efficiently. Perform thorough cleaning of hallways, lobbies, stairwells, elevators, and other public spaces using appropriate cleaning techniques and floor care equipment. Maintain cleanliness of back-of-house areas including storage closets, service corridors, and utility rooms to ensure safety and organization. Support with trash removal, recycling efforts, and replenishing amenities to uphold hygiene standards throughout the property. Conduct routine inspections of guest corridors and public spaces to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards for prompt resolution. Follow established cleaning procedures aligned with hospitality industry standards for custodial and industrial cleaning tasks. Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure all guest rooms are prepared promptly and meet quality expectations. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services within a hotel or hospitality environment. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning. Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies used in large-scale cleaning operations. Excellent attention to detail to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards consistently. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive cleaning tasks throughout shifts. Prior experience in housekeeping management or hospitality roles is a plus but not required.
