Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas following established standards Perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to maintain a polished appearance Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and towels to ensure guest needs are met promptly Handle janitorial tasks including waste removal, dusting, window cleaning, and surface disinfecting Follow safety procedures and use proper cleaning equipment to ensure a safe working environment Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to management for swift resolution Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities and room status updates Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping preferred Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout shifts Previous hotel or custodial experience is highly desirable; experience managing housekeeping tasks is a plus Embark on a rewarding career where your skills make a tangible difference!
