Position Summary The Housekeeper / Houseman ensures that guest rooms, hallways, and public areas meet Marriott's high standards of cleanliness and service. This role supports the housekeeping team and helps deliver an exceptional guest experience every day. Key Responsibilities Clean and service guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces Replace linens, make beds, and restock guest amenities Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces throughout the hotel Assist with deep-cleaning projects and carpet care as assigned Collect and deliver linens, towels, and housekeeping supplies Respond promptly to guest requests and housekeeping calls Report maintenance issues and safety concerns immediately Support the housekeeping team to meet daily cleaning goals Qualifications Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred (hotel experience a plus) Ability to work efficiently and independently Excellent attention to detail and customer service attitude Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Flexible schedule required — including weekends and holidays

Schedule & Compensation Schedule:

Morning, evening, and weekend shifts available

Pay Rate:

Starting $18.00 (based on experience)
