Hyatt House and Hyatt Place Ontario Airport is looking for dependable Housekeepers / Room Attendants to join our hospitality family. In this role, you will be the backbone of our guest experience, ensuring our rooms and public spaces are sparkling clean, organized, and up to premier brand standards.

Key Responsibilities Clean & Reset Guest Rooms:

Strip and make beds with fresh linens, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop hard floors.

Sanitize Bathrooms:

Thoroughly clean and sanitize toilets, showers, tubs, sinks, and mirrors to health and safety standards.

Replenish Supplies:

Stock guest amenities, towels, toiletries, and refreshments in rooms daily.

Manage Your Cart:

Organize and restock your housekeeping cart at the beginning and end of each shift.

Report Maintenance Needs:

Identify and report broken appliances, leaks, or safety hazards to the maintenance team.

Deliver Warm Hospitality:

Greet guests warmly in corridors and fulfill occasional requests like extra pillows or towels.

Requirements & Physical Demands Physical Stamina:

Must be able to lift up to [e.g., 30 lbs], push heavy linen carts, and stand, bend, kneel, or reach for a full 8-hour shift.

Schedule Flexibility:

Ability to work weekends and holidays, as these are our busiest hospitality days.

Efficiency:

Ability to meet daily room quotas , while maintaining top quality.

Experience:

Previous hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience is preferred, but we will fully train the right attitude!

Pay:

Up to $17.50 per hour
