This versatile role combines meticulous residential cleaning with personalized support to ensure a seamless, organized, and comfortable environment. The ideal candidate will bring energy, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude to manage household chores while providing exceptional assistance with daily tasks, event planning, childcare, and property management. Duties Perform thorough residential cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and laundry to maintain a pristine living space Manage household supplies and inventory, ensuring all essentials are stocked and organized Coordinate and plan events or social gatherings, including setup, catering arrangements, and cleanup Provide personal assistance by managing schedules, appointments, correspondence, and errands efficiently Oversee property management tasks, such as overseeing repairs or liaising with service providers Prepare nutritious meals and handle basic cooking tasks in line with household preferences Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate excellent customer service in all interactionsSkills Proven experience as a housekeeper or personal assistant with strong organizational skills Expertise in residential cleaning techniques and laundry management Experience in event planning and hospitality environments is highly desirable Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy office setting Supervising experience with the ability to oversee household staff or vendors confidently Excellent communication skills for coordinating schedules and liaising with service providers Knowledge of property management practices and administrative procedures Skilled in cooking basic meals and handling household errands efficiently Customer service orientation with a positive attitude and proactive approach.
