Job Description

We are currently searching for a professional, energetic Housekeeper. We are looking for someone who is customer service orientated, detail focused and has that "get the job done" attitude! This position reports to the Housekeeping Supervisor, the Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring hotel cleanliness in the housekeeping department; additional functions including:
- Clean multiple rooms a day
- Report damages, losses and supply shortages to supervisor
- Daily Activities include but not limited to: dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, making beds
- Adhere to the cleaning standards in place
- Participate in periodic heavy cleaning tasks and routine housekeeping duties, as required
- Perform other related duties, as assigned
Minimum Acceptable Qualifications:
- High school graduation or GED equivalent
- 6 months of experience in Housekeeping
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning materials and equipment
- Tact and resourcefulness in dealing with the public
- Ability to wear and use personal protective equipment as required
- Sufficient strength and physical dexterity to perform duties and responsibilities of this, including heavy work
