Job Description

About the
Role:
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Houseman/ General Helper to join our team. This person will be responsible for basic repairs and upkeep throughout the Inn, as well as assisting housekeeping staff with day-to-day operations.
Employment Type:
Approximately 4-5 days per week
Hours:
10:00 AM - 5:00
PM Weekend Availability Required Key Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance tasks: plumbing, basic electrical, painting, patching drywall, unclogging drains, etc. Handle minor HVAC, appliance, and fixture repairs. Conduct routine inspections of rooms, public areas, and equipment. Assist housekeeping with moving furniture, restocking supplies, or other duties as needed. Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests. Keep maintenance areas clean and organized. Report any major repair needs or safety concerns to management.
Qualifications:
Ability to troubleshoot issues and work independently. Must be dependable and able to prioritize tasks. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on feet for extended periods. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. How to
