Housekeeping Team Member (Bilingual Pay Incentive Available) San Francisco North / Petaluma KOA Resort - Petaluma, CA The San Francisco North / Petaluma KOA Resort is an award-winning, family-owned campground in the heart of Sonoma Wine Country. We pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional guest experience through clean, comfortable accommodations and a welcoming environment. We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Housekeeping team for our busy season. Position Overview As a Housekeeping Team Member, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of cabins, restrooms, and common areas across the resort. This role is fast-paced and requires efficiency, consistency, and a strong eye for detail. Responsibilities Clean and prepare cabins, restrooms, and public areas to company standards Make beds, restock supplies, and ensure all areas are guest-ready Work efficiently to meet daily cleaning schedules and turnaround times Report maintenance or safety issues as needed Follow all health and cleanliness guidelines Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations Lift up to 50 pounds Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Self-motivated and able to work independently Positive attitude and team player mentality Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively Reliable and punctual Preferred (Not Required) Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience Bilingual (Spanish/English) - eligible for pay increase Schedule Weekend and holiday availability required Why Join Us Work in a beautiful outdoor resort environment Supportive team culture Opportunities for growth Bilingual pay incentive available If you're someone who takes pride in your work, enjoys staying active, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to have you on our team.
