Job Description:

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a spotless, comfortable, and welcoming stay. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and service assigned guest rooms and public areas according to the hotel's standards. Make beds, change linens, dust, vacuum, and clean bathrooms. Replenish guest room amenities such as toiletries, towels, and minibar items. Ensure that all rooms are stocked with the necessary supplies. Respond promptly to guest requests and report any maintenance issues. Adhere to safety and sanitation policies to ensure the well-being of guests and team members. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition. Assist with laundry duties when needed. Report lost and found items to the housekeeping supervisor.

Qualifications:

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills. Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting and moving heavy items. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
