Our members enjoy two pools, tennis and pickleball courts, fitness facilities, and a welcoming community atmosphere year-round. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individual who takes pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces for families and members to enjoy. This position focuses on maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of both indoor and outdoor club areas. Position Summary The Clubhouse Cleaning Associate helps ensure the club remains clean, organized, stocked, and member-ready throughout the day. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, and contributing to a positive member experience. This is a part-time, 20 hours a week position that requires working weekends and evenings.

Facilities & Operations Manager Responsibilities Indoor Cleaning & Organization Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize club spaces Clean locker rooms, restrooms, changing areas, and fitness spaces Wipe down tables, chairs, counters, lounge furniture, and high-touch surfaces Restock towels, soap, tissues, disinfectants, and other club supplies Empty trash and recycling throughout the facility Keep storage and supply areas clean and organized Outdoor Cleaning & Presentation Maintain the cleanliness of pool decks, patios, walkways, outdoor seating areas, and parking areas Remove leaves, debris, dirt, and spider webs from outdoor spaces and buildings Wipe down outdoor furniture and lounge chairs Assist with organizing umbrellas, towels, and pool deck areas Help keep the club looking clean, welcoming, and ready for member use at all times Team & Member Support Provide friendly and professional customer service to members and guests Communicate any cleanliness concerns or supply needs to management Assist with club events and special projects when needed Support teammates with a positive and helpful attitude Qualifications Previous cleaning, housekeeping, or custodial experience preferred Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Comfortable working indoors and outdoors Ability to lift and move supplies and equipment Friendly, professional, and team-oriented Why Work at Ladera Oaks?
