Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various settings, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment . This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and an eye for detail, making it essential for maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Responsibilities Perform cleaning duties in office restrooms, kitchenettes, public areas, and other designated spaces to ensure a clean and sanitary environment. Dust, sanitize, and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a neat appearance. Vacuum carpets and perform floor care tasks, including mopping and sweeping hard surfaces. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations. Emptying trash bins and replacing liners Replenishing paper towel dispensers, toilet paper Other duties may include job tasks not related to housekeeping but to some handiwork. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required. Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing improvement. Positive attitude towards team members. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Basic knowledge of housekeeping management practices is beneficial. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties Experience with carpet cleaning techniques and floor care equipment is an advantage.
