Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential space, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene across all areas, including bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items Care for floors through sweeping, moping, floor polishing, and appropriate maintenance techniques to ensure longevity and appearance. Manage janitorial supplies inventory and notify management when replenishment is needed Follow safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment Experience Previous custodial or janitorial experience in residential, commercial, or hotel settings is highly preferred Familiarity with cleaning techniques such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures Experience with laundry services and handling various cleaning tools and equipment Knowledge of customer service principles to interact positively with clients and guests Housekeeping management experience is a plus for supervisory roles in larger teams Demonstrated ability to work independently with attention to detail while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment Embark on a rewarding career where your skills make a tangible difference!
