The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hotel is located in the heart of Rancho Mirage and is a great location for business and pleasure. We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual for a Room Attendant. The work environment is fun, challenging, and extremely rewarding for successful candidates.

Job Responsibilities:

A Room Attendant:

Project a willing, urgent, "can do" attitude Enhance Quality Assurance Standards Promote safety awareness and practice safe work Support and comply with hotel policies and procedures Be a cooperative, enthusiastic and productive "teammate" Achieve productivity goals Enhance the "guest experience" by making a positive contribution Effectively communicate with supervisors and co-workers Participate in department meetings Perform other normal housekeeping and cleaning duties as assigned End of shift, clean, organize and restock housekeeper cart Participate in taking monthly linen inventory

Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in a branded, quality hotel preferred Multi-task and detail-oriented Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, a team player Acceptable oral, verbal, and written communication skills Problem Solver - Skilled in handling guest issues and resolving them Professional Appearance and excellent attendance and punctuality Will be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays Cross trained in laundry operations' '
