gonzaga ln, riverside About the Role We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Airbnb Cleaner to prepare our short-term rental for incoming guests. Your main goal is to ensure the property is spotless, welcoming, and guest-ready after each checkout. This is a consistent, part-time position averaging 3 cleans per week with regular scheduled appointments. Key Responsibilities As our Airbnb Cleaner, you will be responsible for: General Cleaning Thoroughly clean entire 1152 square feet 3-bedroom, 2-bath property. Sweep, vacuum, and mop all floors. Dust and wipe down surfaces in all rooms. Ensure all living spaces are tidy, free of debris, and guest-ready. Kitchen Duties Clean countertops, sinks, and appliances. Run and empty the dishwasher as needed. Restock dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, etc. Empty fridge of leftover guest food and wipe down shelves. Bathroom Duties Clean and sanitize toilets, showers/tubs, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures. Refill and restock soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and other essentials. Trash & Recycling Empty all trash and recycling bins throughout the home. Replace liners and ensure bins are clean. Restocking & Setup Restock consumables (soaps, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, etc.). Arrange spaces to match host standards and provide a welcoming presentation. Quality Assurance Follow provided cleaning checklist to ensure consistency and thoroughness. Report any damage, maintenance issues, or supply shortages. Required Skills & Traits Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards. Ability to complete thorough turnover cleans in ~3 hours. Dependability and punctuality for scheduled cleans. Good communication (updates on status, issues, etc.). Comfortable working independently. What We Provide A detailed cleaning checklist specific to our property. Access to some cleaning supplies (or cleaner may bring their own). Consistent scheduling with 3 weekly cleans.
