Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and other designated rooms. Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation, and laundry to ensure comprehensive home maintenance. Maintain high standards of cleanliness by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing surfaces, and disinfecting high-touch areas. Assist with household chores like cooking and organizing to support clients' daily routines when needed. Manage custodial responsibilities including waste disposal, replenishing supplies, and ensuring all areas meet health and safety standards. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to deliver consistent quality service in every home. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry operations. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Familiarity with housekeeper management or supervisory roles is advantageous but not required. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
