Job Description

We take pride in maintaining high standards across communities and are seeking a dependable Groundskeeper/Porter to help ensure our properties remain attractive, well-maintained, and resident-focused. Essential Job Functions Perform daily inspections of outdoor property areas, including landscaping, parking lots, sidewalks, walkways, and common grounds, removing litter and debris as needed. Maintain cleanliness and appearance of interior common areas, including hallways, lobbies, stairwells, elevators, and amenity spaces through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and general upkeep. Operate maintenance and cleaning equipment, including power washers, blowers, vacuums, and pool-cleaning equipment. Assist the maintenance team with routine property upkeep, special projects, and other tasks as assigned. Support efforts to maintain curb appeal and ensure the property presents a professional appearance at all times. Respond promptly to property needs while following safety procedures and company standards. Job Requirements Previous experience in groundskeeping, janitorial services, property maintenance, or a related field preferred. Working knowledge of basic maintenance practices and cleaning procedures. Ability to safely operate power tools, landscaping equipment, and cleaning machinery. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to work as part of a team. Flexibility to work weekends and adjust schedules as needed to meet property requirements. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, standing, walking, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Proven reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and effectively with minimal supervision. Commitment to providing excellent service and maintaining a high-quality community environment.
