From tidying up to light cleaning, laundry, and general household support, our Helpers make homes run smoothly so parents can focus on what matters most. Position Overview We're hiring dependable , caring, and detail-oriented team members for part-time W-2 employee positions. You'll work directly with families in their homes to provide hands-on help with daily household tasks. Responsibilities Light cleaning and household tidying Laundry (washing, folding, putting away) great folding and closest organization is a prerequisite Dishes, kitchen reset, and general upkeep Organization of common areas and kids' spaces Occasional errands (as approved) Providing friendly, trustworthy, and professional service to families including childcare Requirements Minimum of 20 hours/week availability Consistent availability in either morning or afternoon shift Your own, reliable transportation to clients homes near you Prior experience in housekeeping, childcare, or related fields What We Offer Hourly pay starting at $24-25/hr (depending on experience and location) Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive management and a positive, family-focused culture
