Hotel Houseperson White Swan Inn & Petite Auberge Hotel San Francisco, CA Job Details $21 an hour 10 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description We are seeking a dependable and service-oriented team member to help maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-organized hotel environment. In this role, you will support housekeeping and operations teams by assisting with guest room requests, public area upkeep, linen delivery, and general property support. This position plays an important part in creating a positive experience for guests and maintaining high standards throughout the property. Responsibilities Assist housekeeping staff with cleaning and preparing guest rooms, corridors, and public areas. Deliver linens, towels, amenities, and other supplies as needed. Remove trash, collect soiled linens, and transport items to designated areas. Respond promptly to guest requests and provide courteous service. Support deep cleaning projects and seasonal housekeeping tasks. Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas, carts, and supply rooms. Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or lost and found items to the appropriate team. Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and operational procedures. Assist with other duties as assigned to support daily hotel operations. Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, janitorial work, or a similar role is preferred. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull supplies and equipment as needed. Comfortable standing, walking, and moving throughout shifts. Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays, may be required.
