What You'll Do As a Residential Cleaning Specialist, you'll travel to client homes and perform high-quality cleaning services that meet company standards.

Daily responsibilities may include:

Deep cleaning and maintaining kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting surfaces Sanitizing high-touch areas using safe and effective cleaning methods Handling laundry or light household assistance when requested Using eco-friendly or standard cleaning products based on customer preferences Keeping cleaning tools and supplies organized and prepared for each appointment Providing friendly, respectful communication with clients during visits What We're Looking For Previous experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, hotel services, or janitorial work preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Reliable transportation for traveling between job locations Dependable, punctual, and professional attitude Comfortable working in different home environments Familiarity with environmentally friendly cleaning products is a plus Ability to bring personal cleaning supplies/equipment preferred (discussed during onboarding) Employee Perks Flexible work schedules Fuel and mileage reimbursement Referral incentives Advancement opportunities within the company Consistent work opportunities with supportive management At Golden Nova Cleaning, we value respect, accountability, and quality service.
