In this role, you will deliver exceptional cleaning services tailored to residential and commercialproperties, ensuring each space is refreshed, sanitized, and beautifully maintained. This position offers flexibility and independence, empowering you to manage your own schedule while making a meaningful difference in people's lives. We are looking for independent contractors not employees. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all rooms and surfaces in residential homes. Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning agents. Manage household chores like organizing spaces, changing bed linens, and tidying up clutter to enhance overall cleanliness. Deliver excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences. Follow safety protocols and use janitorial equipment properly to ensure a safe working environment at all times. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years experience in deep cleans and move out cleans Must provide your own supplies and equipment for cleaning Must have own reliable transportation Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering thorough and high-quality service. Excellent communication skills with a friendly attitude toward clients and team members.
