Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas, ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation Change linens, replenish supplies such as toiletries, towels, and amenities to ensure guest comfort Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and perform floor care to maintain a pristine environment Conduct routine inspections of rooms and public spaces to identify maintenance needs or cleanliness issues Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly Assist with laundry duties when necessary, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens and towels Support team efforts in maintaining overall cleanliness of hotel corridors, lobbies, and other shared spaces Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality roles with a focus on housekeeping or custodial services Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout shifts Familiarity with hotel operations or industrial cleaning practices is a plus Strong communication skills and a positive attitude that enhances guest satisfaction Join us in creating welcoming environments where guests feel valued from the moment they walk through the door.
