You may be assigned residential cleaning jobs such as standard cleans, deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleans, and recurring home cleanings. Contractors must be able to follow cleaning checklists, meet quality standards, communicate professionally, and complete jobs with care from start to finish. Responsibilities As a cleaning contractor, you will be expected to: Perform high-quality residential cleaning services Follow Cali Clean Team cleaning checklists and job instructions Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled jobs Work independently or with another cleaner when needed Complete the full scope of the assigned cleaning job Communicate professionally with the team and clients Pay close attention to details, corners, surfaces, bathrooms, kitchens, floors, and finishing touches Help ensure the customer is satisfied with the completed service Represent Cali Clean Team in a professional and respectful manner Who We Are Looking For We are looking for cleaners who are: Experienced in residential cleaning Reliable and professional Detail-oriented Fast, but not sloppy Able to clean very, very well Comfortable following systems and checklists Able to work without constant supervision Serious about customer satisfaction Proud of their work Responsible enough to finish what they start We are not looking for people who cut corners, disappear, need constant reminders, or treat cleaning like "just another job." Requirements To be considered, you must have: Reliable transportation and own cleaning supplies Prior residential cleaning experience Ability to work weekday daytime hours and weekends if only needed Ability to perform physical cleaning work, including standing, bending, lifting, scrubbing, vacuuming, mopping, and dusting Strong attention to detail Dependable attendance Professional communication A working phone for scheduling and communication Ability to pass customer satisfaction standards Compensation $25-$30 per hour Pay depends on experience, reliability, quality of work, and ability to complete jobs to standard.
