Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic House Cleaner to join our team and help create spotless, welcoming environments for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in residential spaces, ensuring every detail meets high standards of sanitation and comfort. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will contribute to a superior customer experience, making homes shine and clients feel truly cared for. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization. Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens. Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms and kitchens effectively. Care for floors through sweeping, polishing, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques. Provide excellent customer service by respecting clients' homes and addressing their specific cleaning needs. Manage supplies efficiently, restocking cleaning products and equipment as needed. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial work is preferred; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry handling. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Good communication skills with a friendly attitude towards clients and team members. Prior experience in custodial or housekeeping.
