REQUIREMENTS

Previous hotel experience (REQUIRED) Ability to communicate in English and Spanish (REQUIRED) Availability to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays (REQUIRED) Flexibility to work a turndown schedule based on hotel occupancy and operational needs Punctuality and responsibility Positive attitude and willingness to work as a team Professional appearance and attention to detail Ability to meet luxury hospitality standards Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform evening turndown service in guest rooms Refresh guest rooms according to luxury hotel standards Replace towels, replenish amenities, and prepare rooms for evening occupancy Ensure cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms Respond to guest requests professionally and efficiently Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and confidentiality Follow all hotel safety, cleanliness, and service standards
