Role Overview We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented cleaners who take pride in their work and can maintain our high standards of quality. As part of our team, you will independently handle a variety of residential and commercial cleaning assignments. Responsibilities Perform professional cleaning services, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing. Handle move-in/move-out and deep cleaning tasks as needed. Maintain consistent adherence to schedules and client preferences. Use and care for cleaning supplies and equipment provided by the company. Communicate effectively with the team and report any client concerns or equipment issues. Requirements Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required Must be punctual, reliable, and capable of meeting tight deadlines. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting up to 30 lbs. Dependable vehicle and Driver License Pass a background check Compensation Paid In Field Training $18 an hour. Paid hourly for deep clean, move in/move out, post construction special projects starting at $22 an hour, after three weeks of work increases to $24 an hour Recurring cleanings are paid out as a flat fee which is outlined in our contract. 100% of tips go directly to the cleaner. Paid out every two weeks by direct deposit. Travel fee provided for mileage reimbursement. Benefits All cleaning supplies and major tools provided.
