Hotel Housekeeper Job Summary The Hotel Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and comfortable environment for guests. This role ensures guest rooms, hallways, and public areas meet the hotel's cleanliness and presentation standards, contributing to a positive guest experience. Key Responsibilities Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces Replace linens, towels, and toiletries as needed Clean bathrooms, ensuring proper sanitation and hygiene standards Restock housekeeping carts with supplies and linens Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms Follow hotel policies and procedures for cleanliness, safety, and security Dispose of trash and recyclables properly Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment Qualifications Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong attention to detail Physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and walking throughout the shift Skills & Competencies Attention to detail Reliability and punctuality Why should you choose Manpower?
