Housekeeper & Laundress

An executive principal is seeking an experienced, polished, and detail-oriented Housekeeper and Laundress to support two luxury residences (7,000 sq. ft. and 14,000 sq. ft.). The ideal candidate brings exceptional laundry expertise, a positive high-energy approach, and the ability to work efficiently and with a sense of urgency in a dynamic household. They are organized, discreet, proactive, highly motivated, and able to manage multiple responsibilities independently. Flexibility to travel between properties within the same day is required.

Responsibilities Include:

Full-charge housekeeping and deep cleaning Expert-level laundry, ironing, wardrobe organization, and seasonal rotations with meticulous attention to detail and care for fine fabrics and garments Maintaining household supplies and grocery shopping Light meal prep and guest support Coordinating vendors and assisting with errands and pet care Expert care of fine furnishings, linens, antiques, and specialty surfaces Qualifications Demonstrated strength in laundry and garment care with a keen eye for detail High energy, adaptable, and quick on their feet in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and long-term commitment Prior private home experience with verifiable references Professional demeanor and strong communication skills Knowledge of luxury home standards and fabric/garment care Valid driver's license and legal authorization to work in the U.S. Schedule Monday thru Friday, 8am-5pm Flexibility and overtime required as needed Compensation $48-$50 per hour, commensurate with experience Full benefits from day one, PTO, 401(k), and discretionary bonus
