Part-Time House Cleaner

Qualifying Candidates Will Be :

Professional, Reliable and honest Excellent and prompt communication skills Proficiently use a smart phone, google calendar and e-mail Self motivated/sufficient and organized with great time management skills Detail oriented & take pride in their work Able to closely follow instructions & complete a checklist Adaptable to a changing work schedule Highest intentions to perform essential functions of the job Manage your jobs responsibly & on time

• no exceptions Please live in South Lake Tahoe (Not off the hill) Be a permanent US Resident (If you are a J1 / here on a temp visa, please do not apply) Have a reliable 4x4 vehicle and be comfortable driving in all weather conditions + valid driving license Candidate must be available Thursday
• Sunday between 9a
• 5p from J une to September.

Previous house cleaning experience is a desired, but we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities:

Clean Vacation Rentals to owner standards using a checklist Cleaning Second homes, to owner standards using a checklist Deep Cleans & Move Out Cleans using a checklist

• All jobs must pass inspections & be completed thoroughly in a timely fashion to specs.

This is a 1099 contract position in South Lake Tahoe. Jobs vary depending on the season. This is NOT a full time employee position. Contractors must carry their own supplies and work on their own schedule, between hours that work for home owners. Drug Free & Drama Free is a must to apply. We have 0 tolerance policy. Training starts at $20+/hr (With previous professional cleaning experience and references) with opportunity for a raise after 30 day training period. To qualify for a raise, cleaner must show reliability & be able to to efficiently & properly complete their jobs. After training, cleaners will quality to earn tips & bonuses for their properly completed work. Deep cleans pay extra, once cleaner can properly pass all job inspections & works efficiently. All jobs MUST pass inspections & the checklists.
