In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests and staff. Your dedication to cleanliness and attention to detail will ensure that every space reflects our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Maintain high standards of floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing various flooring types to ensure a pristine appearance. Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to ensure guest comfort and operational efficiency. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a hygienic environment while minimizing hazards. Collaborate with team members to coordinate cleaning schedules and address special requests promptly. Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas to identify maintenance needs or cleanliness issues and report them accordingly. Uphold hospitality standards by providing friendly, professional service that enhances guest satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments—hotel experience is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and industrial or commercial cleaning equipment. Familiarity with custodial procedures and safety standards within a hospitality or institutional setting. Prior experience managing or supervising housekeeping staff is a plus. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
