Part-time Housekeeper

Part-Time Housekeeping Employee We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Housekeeping Employee to join our team at The Vine House Bed & Breakfast, located in Temecula Wine Country. As a vital member of our hospitality staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Shifts range from 11am

• 3pm, 4 to 5 days a week. Minimum of 15 hours a week, maximum of 20 hours a week. Schedule changes week to week depending on demand. Due to this, shifts can be scheduled Monday
• Sunday, with 2 to 3 days off a week on our slowest days.

Our busiest cleaning days are generally Saturday and Sunday. Please note, must be extremely reliable, as we do not have back up workers for missed shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards.
• Change bed linens and towels, replenish amenities, and ensure rooms are well-stocked.
• Perform regular deep cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting.
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues or supply shortages.
• Assist with laundry and ensure a constant supply of clean linens and towels.
• Assist with washing guest dishes
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest requests promptly.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
• Performs additional duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required (training provided).
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written).

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 to 50 pounds upstairs (cleaning supplies, linens, etc.).
• Stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have the physical stamina to clean multiple rooms per shift.

This is a part-time position. Shifts range from 11am
