Housekeeper

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of residential or commercial spaces. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for creating welcoming environments. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring all areas are spotless, sanitized, and well-organized, contributing to the overall satisfaction of residents or guests. SHIFT:

4,2 schedule. 1PM-9:30 PM Duties Perform thorough cleaning of living spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas, utilizing appropriate cleaning supplies and techniques. Conduct specialized floor care tasks such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and performing carpet cleaning as needed. Ensure all surfaces are sanitized according to health standards, including countertops, fixtures, and appliances. Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of communal or public areas in commercial settings through janitorial practices. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents' or guests' specific cleaning requests promptly and professionally. Follow established safety protocols and sanitation procedures to prevent contamination and ensure a safe environment. Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as inventory control of cleaning supplies and scheduling cleaning routines. Experience Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is highly desirable. Knowledge of various cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation practices. Experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is advantageous for understanding high standards of cleanliness. Familiarity with laundry operations and proper handling of textiles and linens. Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service while maintaining high-quality standards. Janitorial or custodial experience that demonstrates reliability and attention to detail. Experience with housekeeping management tasks such as supervising staff or coordinating cleaning schedules is a plus.
