Housekeeper

Overview:

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor/HouseKeeper to join our team. As a Janitor/HouseKeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and ensuring the overall appearance of our facilities. This is a crucial role in providing a safe and pleasant environment for employees and visitors.

Duties:

• Perform industrial cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, including windows, furniture, and fixtures
• Perform floor care duties such as buffing, waxing, and polishing
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred
• Knowledge of facilities maintenance procedures is a plus
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, vacuums, and carpet cleaners
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
