Responsibilities Perform thorough residential cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently. Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and carpet cleaning to restore surfaces to their best condition. Ensure proper sanitation protocols are followed during cleaning routines to promote a healthy environment. Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients, addressing their specific needs, and ensuring satisfaction. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used safely and stored properly for optimal performance. Assist with light cooking or meal preparation if required by clients, demonstrating versatility and helpfulness. Experience Previous custodial or janitorial experience is highly desirable. Experience in hotel housekeeping or housecleaning management provides valuable skills applicable to this role. Familiarity with various cleaning techniques such as floor care, and sanitation practices is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients.
