Job Description

North Ranch Country Club is a private club in Westlake Village known for outstanding service and a welcoming atmosphere. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Men's Locker Room Attendant to help maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable environment for our members. Part-Time, Non-Exempt Schedule:
Looking for candidates who are available primarily on Tuesdays and Sundays (this position is non-seasonal)
Supervises:
No supervisory duties are included in this position. Job Summary (Essential Functions) Attend to the locker room needs of club members and guests by maintaining cleanliness, providing personal services, and ensuring a well-stocked and orderly environment. Job Tasks/Duties Wipes mirrors and walls; cleans basins. Stocks supplies, including tissue, toilet paper, towels, soap, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand lotion, sunscreen, mouthwash, razors, toothbrushes, and toothpicks. Performs personal services, including shining shoes, brushing clothes, and adjusting golf shoe spikes. Provides for the safety and security of all members' and guests' personal property. Maintains inventory of supplies. Transports towels to and from the laundry area. Cleans and empties garbage cans and baskets. Takes and delivers phone messages for members and guests. Cleans and maintains special facilities and equipment in the locker room. Maintains the water and cookie station. Charges cell phones and speakers for members and guests. Memorizes member and guest names to provide personalized service. Attends staff meetings. Completes other assignments as directed by the Director of Golf. Job Knowledge, Core Competencies, and Expectations Ability to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the locker room. Experience in cleaning, caring for, and restoring athletic and golf shoes. Knowledge of and ability to perform the required role in emergency situations. Physical Demands and Work Environment Required to stand for long periods and engage in physical activities such as bending, stretching, lifting, and repetitive motions. Must be able to push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds. Work in a hot, humid, and sometimes noisy environment. Education and/or Experience High school education or GED preferred. Licenses and Special Requirements Locker rooms are gender-specific.
