In this vital role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services, managing laundry tasks, and delivering outstanding customer service to our clients. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to maintain hygiene standards. Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items with care. Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed diligently to promote a healthy environment. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally. Skills Proven experience in cleaning services, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping roles. Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures and janitorial best practices. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Competence in laundry operations and handling various cleaning equipment. Familiarity with residential cleaning techniques as well as commercial cleaning standards.
